Ribco was born two decades ago, of a passion for performance boating, a passion for the sea.

In December of 1995 an innovative British Rib builder launches the first Scorpion Rib, with a dream of producing the best ever rib in the market having the most revolutionary, the most seaworthy hull ever been on the water.

On March of the following year the first Scorpion Ribs where imported to Greece and in June of 1999 the first 8m Scorpion produced by Ribco was
launched in Athens, Greece, sharing the same revolutionary Scorpion hull, but with different more Mediterranean deck layout.

Since then more than 300 Scorpions have been produced by Ribco, distributed mainly in Greece but also in Turkey, England, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro and other European and Eastern countries.

Ribco invests in research and development on the drawing board, CAD and 3D modeling as long as tests all models on the actual field – the sea – in all different conditions and different set ups, ensuring that all minor details are being predicted before the production of the actual model, so you will enjoy thousands of faultless miles at sea with the most seaworthy, bulletproof constructed sports boat you`ve ever been on.

RRT ( Ribco Racing Team ) also joins major events in Greece and abroad giving useful info for the construction of the boats and of course a lot of trophies!

Ribco offers probably the most complete range of ribs in the market, with 12 different models from 23ft to 44ft, ready to fulfill even the most demanding market.

From January 2012, in order not to confuse the Scorpion U.K. made with the Scorpion Greek made, outside Greece, we came to a new agreement with Scorpion Ribs U.K., and all ribs for sale outside Greece to come under the Ribco name, with the mark of Scorpion hull.

On 2014 the stepped hull version of Seafarer 36 was launched, in both Sterndrive and Outboard version.

On 2015 the launch of Venom 44 Open is due on May, in both Sterndrive and Outboard version. Venom 44 Cabin will follow by the end of the same year.
